Sports Management class ready for Community Days
Marietta College's Sports Management 336 class has been working hard this semester to organize and deliver the fifth annual Community Softball Day and the 15th annual Community Baseball Day.
The action begins with the softball event on Saturday, April 13, at Marietta Field. Coach Jeanne Arbuckle's team takes on Heidelberg in a key Ohio Athletic Conference doubleheader. The first pitch is at 1 p.m., but the gates open at 11 a.m.
Chris Brubeck and Triple Play to close 2012-13 Esbenshade Series
Marietta College will close the 2012-13 Esbenshade Series with a performance by Chris Brubeck and Triple Play on Wednesday, April 17.
The music will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Alma McDonough Auditorium. Like all Esbenshade performances, it is free and open to the public.
